Patricio Rodríguez is PhD in Engineering, Master of Engineering and Civil Industrial Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.Experience
He has more than 15 years of experience in educational technology, with projects implemented in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, United Kingdom and United States. His research and development projects have received the support of:
- Public sector grants: Chilean Ministry of Education [FONDECYT, FONDEF & Enlaces], Chilean Ministry of Economy [CORFO]
- Private sector grants: Bradesco Foundation, Ericsson, Microsoft, Motorola, HP, Minera Escondida Fundation Minera Los Pelambres Fundation (Antofagasta Minerals) and Intel
- Research articles published in ISI journals: Computers and Education, Computers and Operations Research, Journal of Computer Assisted Learning, Journal of Educational Technology & Society and Technology, Pedagogy and Education.
Currently, he is research associate at the Center of Advanced Research in Education (CIAE) of the University of Chile.
